How to request deletion
If Realert lets you create an account, you can request deletion in the app where that control is available or by using this public web resource: https://realert.diouane.com/data-deletion.
Email hello@diouane.com with the subject "Realert Data Deletion Request". Include the app name, package name, account email or user ID, country or state, and whether you want the app account, associated data, or only selected data deleted.
What account deletion covers
When we delete a verified app account request, we delete or anonymize account records, support records tied to the account, cloud records if enabled, device associations, consent records where legally deletable, and server-side diagnostics tied to the account.
Temporary deactivation, disabling, or freezing is not treated as account deletion. If deletion cannot be completed immediately, we will explain the reason and the expected timing where legally required.
Local-only data
Notification history is designed to be stored locally on the device unless an account or cloud feature is clearly enabled. Local records can be removed in the app, by clearing app storage, or by uninstalling the app.
We may not be able to delete records that exist only on your device because they are not stored on our servers. Use in-app deletion controls where available, clear app storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app to remove local-only data.
Advertising and SDK records
Advertising partners such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Meta Audience Network may process device-level or advertising-identifier data under their own privacy notices. We can delete app account records we control, but provider-held advertising records may need to be managed through device settings, consent prompts, or the provider's privacy controls.
You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID in device settings where supported and submit a Do Not Sell or Share request where applicable.
Verification, timing, and retained records
We may ask you to verify the email, user ID, device identifier, or other request details so we do not delete the wrong account.
Deletion requests are normally reviewed within 30 days unless applicable law requires a different period or the request is complex. Some data may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, abuse reporting, backup integrity, or enforcement of terms.
Meta or Facebook connected services
If you connected a Meta or Facebook account to an app feature, you can also remove the app connection from Facebook Apps and Websites settings. Removing the connection does not automatically delete app data we control, so send a deletion request if you also want account records removed from our systems.
